Refund Policy
Pure Mountain does not provide refunds for opened or unopened
Natural Spring Water products or unused / remaining rental on
water coolers and associated equipment.
Delivery
Pure Mountain provides a regular
delivery service of Natural Spring Water to the Gold Coast and surrounding regions. Talk
to us about tailoring your delivery schedule to best meet your
consumption requirements. Invoices available for payment online
correspond to Natural Spring Water products and water coolers
and associated equipment that have already been delivered / installed.
Online Payments
Pure Mountain processes payments through a secure gateway provided
by a third party connection to National Australia Bank. If you
have any questions about the security of this process, or do
not feel confident you understand how to use this service correctly,
please contact us prior to making an online payment. Your credit
card provider and/or bank can provide information about your
responsibilities when using online payment services, and available
fraud protection. You should be aware of the terms and conditions
that apply to your credit card in order to ensure you are covered
by your provider's protection policies.
