Q: What if I already have an office water cooler and want to
upgrade to a Pure Mountain Water cooler?
A: Upgrading to Pure Mountain is quick and easy. We will deliver
your new Pure Mountain water cooler and cancel your account with
your existing provider on your behalf.
Q: How often is the Water delivered?
A: Your water will be delivered every 2 weeks at a convenient
time built around your schedule. However, Pure Mountain understands
that different customers have different water requirements and
we can deliver more or less frequently if required.
Q: What time do you deliver?
A: Deliveries are usually made between 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Monday to Friday. However, you do not have to be home for water
deliveries, we will leave the bottles where you put your empties.
Q: I have kids. Are the water coolers safe for my kids?
A: We offer special child safety switches on all coolers that
dispense hot water.
Q: What size bottles do you have?
A: Our water cooler bottles are a standard 15 litre, which is
the Workplace Health & Safety recommended maximum size. Heavier
bottles can contribute to lifting injuries. We also have smaller
bottles which can be delivered to your door by the case, these
come in 350ml, 750ml and 1.5L sizes with the 2 smaller sizes
also available with a sports cap. Keep an eye out for our stylish
3 litre bottle due in early 2005.
Q: How do I receive and pay my invoice?
A: You have the option of receiving your invoice either by mail,
fax or email. Invoices can be paid by: Website, Credit Card,
Credit Card Authority, Direct Debit, EFT, Cheque or Cash.
